Adding your name simply means you want the meeting to happen. It does not commit you to attending or supporting the final proposal.

Only your full name is required. Add any other details you are comfortable sharing.
We will ask the club to share the full proposal with the seven-day meeting notice, provide an online listening option and replay, and allow written comments to be read or summarised during the meeting.
The existing rules guarantee seven days’ notice of the meeting and its business. These additional access arrangements must be requested and agreed by the club.They will only be used by the independent campaign to organise the member request and meeting.
